Graduated from high school only a few months ago, Libera is eagerly leaving home town of El Paso to study at a prestigious university. Anything to get out of that town, old friendships be damned. Much to Libera's surprise, Alejandra, the elder sister, takes Libera to a recently constructed shopping center called Crucero Plaza the night before the trip. Even if Libera doesn't like malls, this feels like the last chance to reconnect with one another before the distance between them becomes too great.

It feels like everything goes foggy. Suddenly, Libera wakes up in a cold sweat.

Retail hours were long over, and the patrons of the mall and Alejandra are gone. Inexplicably, the mall now floats above the Earth. Gaps in Libera's memory make it hard to figure out whether this is a nightmare, a devilish prank, or some mind-bending trap. Getting home and finding Alejandra is the top priority. Everything can be explained if Libera tries looking back on what choices led to such a cosmic conundrum, and hopefully choose right this time. Do those choices even matter, though?
